I have not received my socks.
Delivered to wrong address in Stockton on tees should of been east leake Loughborough Leicestershire. I did contact you and Royal Mail but nothing has been done about it . So someone has gained free socks
No very good - haven’t received the goods and have discovered they been sent to a strange postcode but the the rest of the address correct. I’ve lived at my address for over 16 years and definitely know my correct address and postcode!! Who changed it I have no idea or why!! Got absolutely no help when I complained - no replacement or refund! Really needed the soft top socks as my husband has a medical condition affecting his feet and ankles. Customer service really awful! What a way to run a business! I will never order from Sock Shop ever again!
DO NOT ORDER - I ordered 3 pack of boxer shorts and paid extra fro the 24 hours postage. It took 72 hours to get to me and they sent a pack of 3 socks. Terrible service only gave 1 star as I couldn't give no stars, they don't deserve the 1 star.
Still not received goods at 7th June Royal Mail service is appalling
Hey, they asked me to pay 18 euros for custom taxes which I refused this is bad, I used to order on your website, but I won't anymore because of that I can't pay 18euros on something I payed 50euros already.
Order not recieved upto 23/06/23. Held at Customs pending payment by me of VAT plus charges €10.24. A Brexit problem.
I haven' got the order up this moment.
Socks are very very poor quality. After 1 wear there are ladders and a hole in the sock! Disappointed. Will require a refund .
Very poor. I ordered the longer leg Ralph Lauren briefs. It said longer leg on the order but they were definitely the short leg. The girl I spoke with insisted that they were the correct ones. I assured her they were not. I opened the box, they were definitely not the long ones. She was very unhelpful so I had no choice but to return and ask for a refund.
the 40 denier tights I will be sending back because they keep falling down.
Excellent service but very disappointing with the Farah socks I received. They are so tight and non stretchey that I cannot put them on. I have reverterd to wearing my original Farah socks which appear to be made from a different material. Very disappointing Kind Regards Colin Evans
Item still hasn’t arrived, no tracking number provided - very poor
I bought my husband a pair of your bamboo socks. His toe broke through them on the first day of wearing them and we had to throw them away.
