Good quality however, extremely expensive. Paid £9.99 for one pair on white ankle socks. Thought they were a pack of or wouldn't of purchased.

My purchase was fine BUT I was so annoyed with your set up of paying... It says payment AND address. This was wrong. You should have a payment and also a different address place for sending presents etc,. so you can write in the address the customer wishes to use. IN my case I needed this present to go to Manchester BUT it didnt because of your address set up. I have paid you postage to send this present to myself and it was intended for a birthday. I have had to go out to post it again to the birthday person.. costing me more postage.. I have paid for two lots of postage . So please can you have a different address area on your payment page.. please. Thank you.

I called prior to purchase to explain that I needed socks that would allow for swollen lower legs and not cut into the skin and was advised to get these as the cuff was wider and would stretch more and not dig in, they don't. So I now have three pairs of socks that I can't return because the return policy is they must be "unworn, in their original condition, in their original packaging", how can I check that they fit properly without wearing them?

These socks are too big for size 6 or 7 feet. Rather disappointed as previous purchases of this size have been ok and rather smaller.

An item was advertised incorrectly therefore the item received did not match what I had ordered. On querying this I was informed politely that it must have been new stock. As the item ordered is for school (and needs to have writing hidden) what I received is not fit for purpose however keeping them is less hassle than returning. 3+ weeks later and the incorrect image is still showing.

Der Versand dauert mittlerweile ewig. Das FREE Gift wird dann falsch geliefert. Ist nicht mehr so schön hier einzukaufen.

The sock tops and toes are what I expected and the main reason I bought them but I'm dissapointed in the thickness. I expected at the least the soles to be thicker
