Inner polythene package was packed locking the plastic in the top of the envelope which meant you had to cut the package out of the envelope. This was a gift for someone which doesn't look very nice with a damaged outer package. Also I ordered a gift box and this was missing though I was told I hadn't been charged for it.

Thought the free gift could be a bit more choice aimed at men ! Most of the free things on offer were really for women! And the pop up system is not great to claim the free gift, my order came fairly quick and it was free delivery “ should think so after spending nearly £60 on a very small package.

It would have been a 5, but you didn't pack the facemasks. I called you and you said you'd check and call me back. You didn't call me back, so I called again, but still no call back. Other than that, you were prompt with the rest of your delivery. Why let yourselves, and me, down this way?

Item was said to be delivered on Tuesday 26th May but has not arrived. When track it seems to be bouncing from Medway and Gravesend delivery offices but has not reached the purchaser!and now I get an email asking me to rate my experience when I have yet to receive the goods!
