I just have not yet received my socks. I have liked their bamboo seamless socks in the past and hope to receive them soon.
The product needs to wash better after two washes the socks are bitty
Worn the pair of socks on three occasions before a massive hole appeared on the heel. The other identical socks I purchased at the same time are all becoming threadbare and won't be long before they wear through in the heel too. Very dissapointed as I've had them previously and yes they do eventually start to wear particularly in the heel area but not after three times of being worm. What a complete waste of money.
I have 2 orders outstanding which I am advised have been delivered but I have not received either order. The money has been taken from my bank account. I await your update. Thank you.
Get goods to customer much more quickly. I was messaged by royal mAil for delivery last thursday 6th - still not received my order today, Monday 10th
Rude customer service (if you can call it 'service'). Ordered Friday 31st March. SockShop claimed it was dispatched on Monday 3rd April and gave tracking number. Tracking number showed we are expecting it right up until Wednesday 5th April before being received by Royal Mail. The person I emailed was downright rude and condescending and should not be allowed near a customer service position. The goods were substandard and I decided to donate to charity rather than have the debacle of dealing with this shower again. Believe the bad reviews on the leading feedback site UK TP and save yourself the waste of time these people are.

I do like the socks, but when I went to pay on my last order (a present for my wife of red and yellow socks to wear odd - the colours of our charity fundraising team), rather than receive a confirmation I was told by the system that the order was lost and the basket empty. I therefore went through making the order. Later I was sent confirmation of two separate orders via email a few minutes later. I emailed the correct email address to ask that either the duplicate order be cancelled or they at least he packed together so I am not charged double postage. I received no response to this. I do not mind having bought twice the number I wanted, but, on principle, am annoyed by being charged postage twice. Had I intended to do such a big order this time I would have got free postage by going over £40.
Terrible service and poor quality product Socks arrived less than 8 weeks ago, have worn a handful of times, and both pairs have holes. Despite offering photographic evidence, unhelpful customer service refused to refund or replace. Posting two pairs of faulty socks is completely inefficient from a time perspective, but also in direct conflict with their claims of being eco friendly... "Ecologie"???!!!
Have still not received my item!!!! ... Not happy last time I will be buying from you.
Well I never actually received these socks. I had an a email to say Royal Mail was delivering them but they never arrived, then a couple of days later I received another email to say they were refunding my returned items - which I hadn’t received and definitely didn’t return. Crossed wires??
First pair of shorts had ladder/snag running full length of item and replacement pair has a small hole below the fly so obvious issue with quality control. Not good.

Haven’t received them yet and now no longer need them as my father has since passed away. Just received an email looking for customs this morning. A joke.
Bought these socks twice before as lovely and soft with a gentle ribbed top. Now they are just cheap looking and feeling with an ordinary turn over top with no ribbing. I would return them but have thrown away the packaging. Cheap rubbish now. Very, very disappointed.
