My order hasn’t arrived . I have contacted support twice and no refund
See last response. In previous attempt at purchase I wanted to remove some socks from my basket but could not do so. The chatbot just kept saying that it could. I could not find any other help so had to abandon the purchase altogether.

You should choose your suppliers more carefully.
Wanted socks returned in original packaging- I had already thrown this away sadly. Agent really didn’t seem bothered and just kept telling me to put all details on the online form.
