I sent a message to amend my order minutes after completing the order, and never received a reply. Sockshop did not amend my order
Wrong items sent. Customer service would not help and just told me to use website. Have now had to waste my time getting the item returned to ask for the right items to be delivered. They have failed to honour the contract to provide the goods I have paid for.

If you advertise 3 pairs of Forest Green socks then I expect them to be Forest Green, not one pair green I pair grey and one pair brown. After googling 'green socks' I think I first saw them on either ebay or amazon. Apparently I should have been suspicious and gone to check the larger picture on the sock shop site.
The wrong item was sent out to me even though the invoice has the right item listed on it. I called customer services and was told I would have to go to the website and return the item before the correct item was sent out. Poor customer service sock shop I’m paying for your error
Be a bit more generous when a product fails
Ordered 3 packs of Boxers only 1 turned up. Asked to be refunded and they are nit getting back to me
Placed order on the 30th December. On Sock Shop website it said place order by 1hr 52mins to guarantee Next Day Delivery. I paid the extra for the Priority 24hr Tracked. Didn't receive order until 6th January. Very Poor Service. And one may have thought Sock Shop would have contacted me and offered me a refund regarding the additional monies paid for Next Day Deliver😥

Never received from post office although parcel showed delivered but no name as sighed for
I ordered two pairs of socks on 21st Dec, I got a purchase receipt mail at 17:03. I paid extra for 24hr tracked delivery. When I tried tracking the order I saw that it was delayed and wouldn’t be delivered until after Christmas. I contacted Sock Shop and was given a dismissive reply by a customer service manager. The package has arrived today. I understand that Sock Shop are not responsible for delivery but they shouldn’t be charging for 24 tracked delivery when they know the package cannot be delivered within the 24hrs. I wouldn’t use Sock Shop again due to their customer service..
I have purchased many pairs of the childrens bamboo smooth seam toe socks, due to my child really struggling with sensory issues. Unfortunately the quality is not like it used to be. There is thread visible on the seams (toe area) when I cut them out it leaves a big (huge in my child’s eyes) lump which can obviously be felt therefore not now smooth seamed.
