Purchased on 21st Dec. SS said tracked delivery in 48hrs. Today is 28th Dec and no sign of any delivery... I would like the product purchased, an apology and refund please.

Terrible! Customer ref: 8350263. Order was placed on 19th Dec. The package only arrived today and was already opened and empty. I would like someone to follow up on this for me please.

Socks ordered as a Christmas gift. Delivery bag was emblazoned with Sock Shop name. The postman actually handed the parcel to my husband say “there’s some socks for you”!. I’ve already sent an email to this effect, but nobody has had the courtesy to reply.

Ordered several items that were apparently dispatched immediately, this was 2 weeks ago. Chased up the order only to be told that I need to allow up to 7 days for delivery plus an extra 2 for any backlog - 9 days have long gone - tracking shows the parcel has not moved in the past week. Disappointed that they can’t be bothered to investigate where /what’s happened to my parcel
