I have still not received my item. Royal Mail tracking has not changed for 4 days & i am unable to contact Royal Mail re the problem as the customer. All u have access to is the tracking info which says my items are over 60 miles away at Preston depot, and also that they were due to be delivered on Thursday. I have not received the item

Please reduce plastic by not sending plastic display hangers for socks. I am not a retailer so obviously have no use for them and would use cardboard if I did. I am an individual who sourced bamboo socks as being a sustainable alternative to cotton and was very disappointed to receive unnecessary plastic.
Took too long to deliver as well.the socks was larger than the order we placed.we will not be buying from them again.

The quality of the material is good BUT the size is more like 8-11, no way near 6
Shopping was easy and the delivery was prompt. However I am disappointed with the bamboo ***** I purchased. Although they are super soft, the elastic doesn't hold and they started wearing at the big toe after 1 day, even though I'd trimmed my toenails that very day. Also, I don't tend to have that problem with my other socks until years down the line, not days. The walking socks are great other than on one sock that appears to have a little hole at one of the toe seams - maybe it wasn't finished off properly?
I purchased 3 pairs of tights in the sale and when I put the purple pair on to go out for Halloween, they ripped along the waistband. If I had paid full price, I’d be cross. I won’t buy from them again.

Socks arrived days after the due date. I no longer needed them by that time. Don't give unrealistic delivery dates
Very disappointed that your brand of socks which I have purchased for several years have been altered to show the brand name across the sole of the foot. I am not able to wear any patterned sock which causes pain to the soles of my feet. A letter of complaint has been sent with the returns parcel.
