Products as described and delivery was fine. My main issues are the rubbish website - sorting doesn’t work regardless of browser, currency settings don’t apply - the last order stated it was in AUD all the way through the process and invoiced as USD so was a full third more expensive. Trying to set to GBP was fruitless. Customer service is non-existent, I have never had an email or query response, so you take your chances if anything goes wrong or need a warranty. In summary, good products let down by mediocre technology and back up, which there’s really no excuse for these days.

Having had socks from you before & I have bought for both my son in laws we ordered these new really bright 5pack (two lots) but my husband only tried one pair for a couple of hours & they are much tighter than the 3pavk kind he's had before. So tight he cannot bear to wear them. Please advise . Thank you

Socks arrived in good and were good qality. However even though I bought the smaller, 4-8 size, the socks were way too big for me, and I take a standard size 5

Generally seems a good service and everything arrived in good time and undamaged. My main gripe is to do with finding suitable socks for in my work boots. The socks I chose were labelled as boot socks, but they are not really that thick or well cushioned for all day at work. I am not talking about boots you wear in an office or for going out. I am talking about steel toe capped boots, for working on sites. There needs to be some kind of distinction for ladies boot socks, because it's very hard to find anything suitable, other than socks for hiking. It's so much easier to find the kind of socks I want in the men's section, and they wouldn't be as expensive as buying loads of hiking socks, but my feet are too small to find a good fit! Why not have good work socks for ladies at a reasonable price?

Overall packaging was great, however, the leggings don't cater to tall people.

Previously not had any problems with sock shop. This order though, I was sent a wrong item, it didn’t even match the delivery note so I think the checks on this one were a bit slack. Am now in the process of returning the incorrect item for hopefully, the correct item without any fuss.

Online ordering was easy. Still don't have a tracking number or an estimated delivery. Thiis email to me also references one item, but the order includes two.

Fast delivery, but quality of socks, very poor, no support around tops, keep falling down? Probably reason they were in sale.

Delivery took longer than I would have hoped and the envelope containing the socks was open when it arrived. However the socks were OK.

I placed my order and got confirmation included paying extra for next day delivery. Socks didn't turn up but we are around Christmas and New Year and email did say I would get email confirmation of dispatch. Came to New Year and still nothing......So I contacted Customer Service on the number, no answer went to voice mail left a message (name and number to contact me back on). Next day my socks arrived - no message or email or call form Customer Service....so no idea what happened.

Great socks, delivered on time. The socks were a gift but the packaging had sock shop written all over it which was a bit of a give away, so spoiled the surprise for Christmas! This near to Christmas the packaging needs to be more discreet.

The socks were lovely but size 4 - 8?uch too big for my size 4 wife but they fit me . Do you do children size size 4?
