This service is normally very reliable, usually taking between 7-10 days to arrive. However, due to postal delays we do ask customers to allow up to 14 days. I ordered ELLE grey socks in a 2 pair pack. I have had these before and the quality is lovely. Why did this pack have one grey pair and one black pair OR why didn’t the description make that clear. My order also had 2 pairs in black so I had to return the mixed pair and the free gift.....disappointing. Please let me know if you ever put 2 pairs of grey in the pack. Kate M

I ordered whilst in the Netherlands and provided my UK address, however the website defaulted the country on the order to NL. The package was therefore sent to a non-existent address in NL and I was also charged for international delivery. Now waiting for package to comeback to warehouse to get a refund and back to square one!

By labelling the products correctly. The stockings that I bought show one image on the packet, but when opened they have a different top - not what I thought I had ordered.

I did not receive any emails despite providing a valid email address that I can receive emails from other email accounts and networks. I contacted customer support twice to remediate. I was told that my firewall was the problem. It is not, nor is my anti spam, email service or internet service provider. Blaming your customers without making any effort to investigate is an easy way of getting two stars.

1. Phone kept ringing, then asked me to leave a message. One expects from the "biggest" sock company to pick up the phone or have a queuing system. 2. Nobody could answer my question of why I never received a purchase confirmation by email, and why I didn't get a refund notification for an item I'd sent back. 3. I couldn't even give an order number as I never received written confirmation, and having sent back the item with the invoice I have zero trail of my purchase. 4. They couldn't even check without going to the warehouse whether I had received a refund, so I had to be called back later.

My grandchildren love your bamboo socks. They are soft and fit well. However, they don't last very long. Also, i had a 10% off voucher which I entered in the correct box but 10% was not deducted from my purchase.

I'm disappointed. I was led to believe these socks were organic. They have no mention of organic on the label and are in fact quite a large proportion polyester. I won't trust sockshop with my money again. 2 stars instead of 1 because they are at least comfy as described.

Disappointing really. I was given a refund supposedly for a return but actually it was because they were out of stock. Why wasn't I contacted and offered an alternative or at least told beforehand so that I could order something else. I also was disappointed that although they say they do womens size 3 - 5, I appeared to be unable to order any. I could only get the 4 - 7 which are too big. Saying that, I love the feel of them and apart from being a bit too big, they are very soft and comfortable.
