They have not yet arrived so why ask me to rate it

I am sorry that your order has not yet arrived. It was dispatched on the 4/12/18 via Royal Mail Air Mail which usually takes between 7-10 days. However, this may take longer due to postal delays, for this reason, we ask customers to allow up to 14 days. I bought Pringles comfort cuff socks for my husband because it stated in the description that the toe seams were smooth; just like the ones I'd previously bought for myself. However we were extremely disappointed to find that the toe seams are just normal and even worse than we could ever imagine. Too late once you've opened the package and tried wearing them without realising. Very, very disappointed to learn I can no longer depend on the product description.

Very disappointed with service - I was charged £3.99 post and packing ; why is it being delivered airmail;I live in Wales.Delivery advised as 2-3 days. I will not be ordering with you again.

If it wasn't for the fact that they supplied the wrong size, and then refunded me rather than correcting the error by supplying the correct size I won't have any problems. The saga involved in trying to get the situation resolved without the constant need to 'speak to head office' makes the whole process both time consuming and rather tedious. At the end of the day I fail to see why I should pay for postage twice because they can't supply the correct items on an order.

MY ORDER WAS FOR 1 PACK OF 3 BLK MEN'S BOXER SHORTS. MY HUSBAND USED TO BE A SIZE LARGE, BUT IS IN HIS MID-70'S AND HAS LOST QUITE A BIT OF WEIGHT, AND ALTHOUGH I DID LOOK ON YOUR WEB SIZE GUIDE IT WAS DIFFICULT TO CHOOSE THE SIZE. IN ORDERING THE MEDIUM SIZE HE FOUND THEY WERE TOO SMALL. JUST TAKING OUT ONE PAIR FROM THE PACK AND MEASURING THE WIDTH [NOT TRYING THEM ON] COULD TELL HE WOULD NEED THE LARGE SIZE. I FOLDED THE PAIR AND PLACED THEM BACK INTO THE PACK, NOT WORN OR TRIED ON AT ALL. I APPRECIATE YOU DID EXCHANGE THEM FOR THE LARGER SIZE. WHAT I WAS SHOCKED WITH THE COMMENT 'WE WILL EXCHANGE THIS TIME, BUT DO NOT RETURN OPENED ITEMS AGAIN. HOW WAS WE TO KNOW IF WE HAD ORDERED THE CORRECT SIZE WITHOUT NOT SEEING ONE PAIR. I WILL DEFINATELY NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER COME ACROSS SUCH COMMENTS BEFORE!!!!!

The kids tights 5-6 and 7-8 have bobbled in the first wear. I contacted customer services and they have told me to return them for a refund. I am also returning the 9-10 which I ordered on an earlier order (and kept even though they were big) for the fear of the same happening to them. I ordered 4 pairs of women's tights but I'm returning 2 which are used until I see how the 2 kept wash and wear. The trainer socks are fine.

I don't understand why the socks can't be sold in one color. I only weaar gray knee high socks and I have all these black pairs I don't wear. I have trouble with the descriptions of the socks. I thought the pair marked cocoa was a dark brown pair and a gray pair. They look gray on my laptop. I ordered them, 2 quantity, and then found out that what looks like gray on the website is light brown. I don't wear these colors but it will cost too much to return them to you because of the shipping costs from the USA. Can you fix the descriptions to give the consumer both colors of the socks in the set? I then had to order two quantity of the gray and black socks and ended up paying quite a bit for two pairs of gray socks! Most websites I visit give you a chance to review the order and the credit card info I typed in - before the order is placed and charged. The language you use in the payment section is misleading. I think I am clicking to review and it goes right into processing the order and charging my card. I love the socks but I am definitely having problems with the website.

I bought the small/medium shoe liners. Unfortunately the elastic is far too loose for my size 4 feet and keep falling down. I only wore them for about an hour before abandoning but I am unable to return them because I wore them and the packaging is ripped. The sizes are not suitable for small feet.

I am sorry to say but I was a little disappointed all the socks which I ordered when they were delivered. Because the quality has been changed a little cheap looking, slippery for some reasons and it was much bigger than last time I ordered the same products. I did not think about the conditions and I did not have much time, and I left them without checking and I could not return. However I thought especially some of products which I had ordered before were same material made.

I still haven’t received my parcel. It was out for delivery on Wednesday but it is now Friday afternoon and it still hasn’t arrived. Though I imagine this is the fault of the Royal Mail.

Mostly not happy with the colour. The socks are grey (as labelled) but definitely look blue! Can’t use them for school uniform now.
