The service was fine, however the fit of all the tights are awful. I got comfortably in a medium/large measurement wise but the crotch is set way too wide and about 2" too short for my legs. Not happy as they were expensive.

Sent wrong colour socks hoping I would accept then. Hassle to have to repackage and return. Had they offered a modest compensatory discount as an apology might have kept. Poor to deal with. A cursory apology and told to send them back

Disappointed, I don’t like my prurchase at all, in the past I’ve bought Heat Holders which are a much nicer fabric, the size is also very small, these socks are short in the length and would certainly not fit any bigger than my foot, (5/6).

The product is ok and arrived on time. However...... There was no email confirmation of my order. When I phoned to ask why, I was told that there has been a problem with the emails. I reordered again about 10 days later and still no order confirmation email. Not good enough! This is a fundamental requirement of online shopping and simple for vendors to implement.

Jeg har tidligere handlet med Sock Shop og dér var servicen til 5 stjerner. Men denne gang kan jeg kun give 2 stjerner. Årsag hertil er at jeg hverken har modtaget ordrebekræftelse eller bekræftelse på afsendelse. Da jeg efter en lille uge stadig intet havde hørt, kontaktede jeg Sock Shop, som meddelte at de da havde afsendt disse 2 bekræftelser til min mail-adresse. Jeg bad dem om at gensende meddelelserne, men fik at vide at kun ordrebekræftelsen kunne gensendes. Hvorfor forsendelsesbekræftelsen ikke kunne gensendes står hen i det uvisse. Jeg fik dog samtidig at vide, at jeg skulle regne med ca. 10 dages forsendelsestid. Den gensendte ordrebekræftelse modtog jeg i øvrigt aldrig. Men i dag modtog jeg forsendelsen og denne var fuldt tilfredsstillende. Min teori angående de manglende mails er, at jeg i november 2017 skiftede mail-adresse. Ændringen blev indført i min profil hos Sock Shop og denne ændring er formentlig ikke slået igennem i Sock Shops system (logon i forbindelse med denne seneste ordre kunne således kun gennemføres med min gamle mail-adresse !). Jeg håber Sock Shop vil følge op på denne sag, så jeg forhåbentlig igen kan handle med firmaet og blive holdt orienteret på tilfredsstillende vis. Måske kunne man sideløbende anføre ordrestatus i "My account" i oversigten over tidligere ordrer.

Socks were little disappointing, no elasticity in the ankle section, or throughout the foot, so they fall down the foot into the shoe. Takes me back to being at school. I did call customer services to see if these bamboo socks were the ones I was trying to find with a ‘BAM’ on the foot, but their knowledge was limited. Ordered them anyhow but have returned one of the packs

The service, shopping and shopping was up to scratch for good web service, unfortunately the quality of the premium priced branded socks was not. After only one wash the stitching has started to unravel of 2 pairs of Pringle socks. Disappointed.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THESE SOCKS AFTER ONLY WEARING A PAIR FOR TWO HOURS I HAD VERY SORE PLACES ON THE BACK OF MY HEELS. THE SOCKS WHERE SLIPPING DOWN THE BACK OF MY HEELS. I ONLY TAKE SIZE 5.5 WITH A NORMAL WIDTH. IAM THINKING OF SENDING THEM BACK FOR YOU TO SEE HOW THEY HAVE STREATCHED AFTER ONLY WEARING THE FOR A SHORT TIMEAND NOT ON A HOT DAY.
