Need to improve the description of items on the website so you understand the quality of the items being ordered - esp thickness/weight
Great apart from Royal Mail, package open , delivery 2 days later than first advised & then package in a Royal Mail thrown over my back gate even though I was in the house.
I am having difficulties returning an item the collection has been missed and it is taking a while to re-organise.
arrived very quickly but not what I wanted
I am disappointed that I ordered 22 pairs of socks and 2 of the pairs were switched to some that I did not order and would not have chosen for myself. I spoke to someone on chat box but I haven’t received a response as yet. They were replaced socks that were missing were Tangerine Dream in women’s and Dark Pink in children’s 4-5. However the delivery was quick & I obviously like the bamboo socks that I ordered.

I didn't need customer service. I bought the socks online and they arrived. End of story.
The sizing is irrelevant: the expanding waistband would accommodate the fattest of bodies. Delivery etc was fine.

The service is good. Very quick delivery, but I can't say the same for the products. Two pairs developed holes after the first wash. I don't know what the returns service is like. It's not worth the effort to send them back at £2.49 a pair.
