Ordering and delivery were fine. Socks feel and look nice but they are much too long (completely over my knees) and the feet too big for a standard women’s size. I take UK size 7.5 and the heels of these socks came up over the back of my ankle making them uncomfortable to wear. Being bamboo, I suspect that they will stretch with washing. Shame.

Speed of delivery was exceptional. It even exceeded the Royal Mail expectation of delivery in 2-3 days. It was so fast, in fact, that the postman photographed his own hand receiving the parcel; then found that it was only 8.07 am and so early that I had not had time to open my garage door and porch which I had given as safe places to leave parcel. I'd rate it 5 star if only the deception had included a card to say which neighbour had accepted my parcel. I was eventually assured that Royal Mail had still got my parcel. They hadn't, because a neighbour delivered to me mid afternoon! The socks are excellent quality, so all is now forgiven! Seems Royal Mail can't do right for doing wrong, eh???Just rather annoying that I spent so long tracing a parcel of excellent socks for so many hours, whilst they remained locked up in a house only a few" feet" away!!
