Very fast service, delivered next day even though Christmas was a week away

Good quality product if a little expensive. Delivered within timescale and kept informed

Item arrived promptly, however this is a Christmas present, so not been tried yet. I mean I can go and get it, remove the Christmas wrapping, get her to try them, re wrap them, hope she doesn't know what they are on Xmas day, as she unwraps them !!! Please stop asking me stupid questions !!! It's that which has put me off ever using the sock shop again ! It's a pair of socks for pities sake... Get over it !

Service eas excellent and prompt. Issue is with product.. more ankle warners than leg.

The service is perfectly fine, goods were delivered promptly, all items were there and well wrapped. However on opening one box of mens underpants I found bits of something…, dirt and maybe chocolate crumbs! Everything else was clean, but sadly mostly disappointing quality.
