Duplicate order - system issues
Delivery was incorrect as one pair of socks was missing
Not delivered product as of today! AND HAVE REQUESTED ADVICE ON SAME with NO response?????
I have not received my order yet, so I don't know what the service is like. At the moment, I would say it is slow.
My delivery was left outside my front door - anyone could have stolen it!!!
Not yet received my socks - you are a little premature.
I was sent the wrong socks first time which was very annoying especially as I will have to pay postage to return them . I had to reorder not exchange due to me needing them quickly .. The next order was correct and I am very pleased with them
Didnt have what i ordered in stock, so removed it from the order and refunded me. Now if i want to replace that item, i have to place another order and pay for postage. Should have had the decency to call me and discuss possible other products to swap it for instead. dissapointed.
unfortunately its now the 15th I ordered on the 8th and still have not received them! Compared to other suppliers this service is pretty poor.
Still waiting for delivery :(
I ordered socks on 2/2/15 and 28/2/15 and they still have yet to arrive!

Took four days longer than quoted
I returned an item and asked for an exchange but only got a refund.
I wanted gentle grip socks - instead I got normal elasticated ones
