See last response. In previous attempt at purchase I wanted to remove some socks from my basket but could not do so. The chatbot just kept saying that it could. I could not find any other help so had to abandon the purchase altogether.

I recently had an issue with some socks I’d only had a short time. I contacted sock shop customer service and they sent me a replacement pair within a few days! Everything from the sock shop is delivered quickly.
