Very good service

I have had several orders from Sock shop , the range is very good , it difficult to decide what to buy.Orders are dealt with promptly .

Great arrived very quickly and well packed bought the Christmas crackers half price which is even better plus it’s something people can wear. It’s not going to go to waste like what normal things do in Christmas crackers. as I said before, the socks were excellent quality and I would definitely recommend if you want something a bit different for Christmas on your table.

Fast and efficient

First time I’ve used SockShop and I have to say, where have they been all my life! It’s funny because I’ve heard of sockshop for years, but never thought to use them. I guess I thought they would be for fancy expensive socks, but the prices are actually very competitive with any other socks but the quality of the trainer socks I received is fantastic. They offered a good discounted combination deal on the page, so no searching for discounts, and the already decent prices got even better, with free postage. The socks arrived quickly and I was kept informed by email every step.

I am still waiting for my order , which should have been delivered on 29th of May and today is 3rd of June. I have emailed with no reply , the chat button will not work , so if no action is forthcoming by the end of the day I will be asking for a full refund .

Fantastic selection of socks, I bought about 40 pairs due to a work event I have coming up. The website is easy to navigate and the items remained in my cart for a couple of days as I browsed the extensive collection, which was great. I did want to buy a lot more! One of the pairs (not the ones I am reviewing) did have some damage which seems to have occurred during manufacturing, I didnt email about this so there was no opportunity for the Sock Shop to put it right, I couldn't be bothered with photos or returns etc so that's on me. The quality appeared great, the socks (especially the bamboo ones) are lovely and soft. Will probably buy all my socks from here now, they make fab gifts and delivery was extremely fast. Very happy customer 😀
