Website has popups that do not disappear so it is almost impossible to fill in the requested forms and I tried to change the delivery address 24hrs BEFORE it was shipped and was told it was not possible?????????

Many thanks for your feedback, your order was sent out on 06/01/15 to the address you originally specified as we did state on our website at the time order amendments could not be made due to the large number of orders we were processing. I would recommend please allowing another couple of days for your order to arrive to allow time for delivery Zoe

Even given its the Xmas/New Year period the delivery was slow. The socks only arrived yesterday.

Order received on 02/01/15 - Half the order was incorrect. I received 3 packs of grey ANKLE socks, instead of KNEE HIGH SOCKS, telephoned Sockshop then posted the socks back for exchange.

It seems Sockshop has taken its eye off the ball in recent years. As I'm an overseas customer I will just have to put up with the mis-described / incorrect items I've received and hope that my next order is pretty much what I ordered.

Good for being good value and providing very fast service the week before Christmas. Bad for sending the wrong thing, not what I ordered, and thus depriving my elderly mother of a Christmas present!

One product not boxed as expected, and boxed products packaging creased and not good to give as gifts. Sent in jiffy bag/squashed through letterbox.
