Delivery was shocking , 48 hours turned into 4 days & now it going to cos me more to send them to the person I brought them for

Didn't receive socks

I bought 5 pair pack of shoe socks, but there was only 9 socks!! I got in touch via live chat, who sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently. However they said they couldn’t send me another pair of socks as this was part of a five pack deal, so they refunded me for one pair. A bit disappointed as I would have preferred a replacement pair.

Brilliant service from sock shop never any issues. Packed well and delivery is always perfect and we are kept in formed communication was key and is has always very good from sockshop.

Socks are good quality but are sold in mixed packs so you can't choose a colour and get several.
