Bought incorrect pants
Arrived just sent wrong size large instead of small that was ordered

They were talking to me on line but no resolution or feed back whatsoever
No customer service, its all done online via the website so no phone calls or no emails to deal with my issue quickly.
Very poor customer service/aftercare. Wrong size delivered, with no resolution 4 weeks on with multiple support queries raised. Products are generally good quality.
Too small, money back please
Very poor. customer service. Currently waiting for full refund of items which Sockshop seem to have misplaced. Charged postage to return 2 faulty items. Any contact seems to be AI generated. Customer service seems to be non existent. No contact details available to speak to anyone and responses to emails appear to ignore the issue. Beware if you are unsure of an item as the refund process and customer service experience is very poor
Socks are fine but I received an email with a code for free delivery, the email didn’t state anywhere that I needed to spend over £40. The email was very misleading & your live chat very unhelpful. It’s a shame but I won’t be using you again
I needed to talk personally with the sales/service team and am not able. This is very frustrating for an older person. As with much of society the respect for old age diminishes,while everything is geared to young people. This is not good for society or nationally.
Poor customer service and dismissive attitude When I contacted the seller about the T-shirts arriving in a badly creased, unwearable state, I was met with a dismissive response. Rather than offering a solution or apology, they told me to hang them in the bathroom during a hot shower — as if steaming brand new clothes should be standard practice. They claimed the condition was “normal” for bamboo fabric, yet nowhere was that mentioned before purchase. If this is a known issue, it should be clearly stated. Instead, I was made to feel like the problem was mine for expecting wearable clothing straight out of the packaging. Won’t be ordering from them again.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THESE SOCKS YET,. despite receiving a message to say that they have been delivered! Neither have I received a Tracking Number.
A week since delivery was promised and they still haven’t arrived. Appalling service!
