The tights came pretty quick. But as I wasn't 100% happy with my order, I asked your team on the chat if I also needed to send my free gift back with my order which were a free pair of socks. They didn't know the answer. I spoke to two different people, both telling me to email Customer service but I had no reply from them so I sent the socks back just in case it affected my refund.

In general, I think Sock Shop's service is good - delivery time is quite fast, and the checkout process is easy. However, I do think that there needs to be more quality control. All of the pairs of socks in my recent order were huge - I measured them against socks of the same type which I'd bought previously and the new ones that I received were at least an inch longer. The only pair which were the correct size were the Wild Feet socks I'd ordered. I'd like to see better quality control and size checks in the future, if I'm to buy again.

Delivery through Royal Mail -;not delivered at time communicated. Not happy with part of purchase. Not able to exchange at higher price and pay difference. Able only to exchange for same price, or refund. There was nothing of same value suitable. Refund resulted in order being under Delivery Free amount. Amount of Refund had delivery charge deducted. Do not agree with this policy.

We understand how frustrating it can be when delivery is delayed and when the exchange and refund process doesn’t align with your needs. Regarding exchanges, we’re only able to process them on a like-for-like basis or for items of the same value. For anything priced higher, we ask customers to place a new order so that accurate payment and stock allocation can be ensured. In terms of your refund, when a returned item brings the total below the free delivery threshold, a delivery charge is applied, in line with our policy. We understand this may be disappointing, but unfortunately we are unable to waive this charge. Website is fine. Has to be a pretty large order for free delivery. Returns policy is overly strict. Delivery time was good
