Delivery timing good
Okay, easy enough process.
My first pair were out of stock. Ordered a different colour, which came very quickly (2 working days ?), and went thru the letterbox, so no need to wait in.
Service good. Product not so much.
Quick delivery. The packaging (cardboard) is sometimes torn. Maybe in posting? Overall, pleased.

The socks arrived very quickly, nicely packaged and the design and colour are just what I wanted. I bought these socks because of the comfort tops as other socks are too tight at the ankles. I found all the different socks I ordered with gentle ankle grips are just what I hoped for. The socks stay up and don't grip too tightly. The only downside is that the material, whether bamboo or cotton, is quite thin in comparison with other socks I have bought

I don't think this is a necessary question as there is no service needed when purchasing online ,and delivery depends on the courier.
