Felt ripped off over the Wooden Foot file, sales flash stating free when over 20 ponds spent, didn't state it would be automatically added at warehouse stage. Sales flash encourages clicking on and adding to basket. I cancelled order several times before completing.email your staff after who just said added later, didn't ask why or offer refund.
THEY SHOULD CHECK THEIR PRODUCTS ARE AS THEY DESCRIBE THEM.
Items were not as described
While the web site was informative I was unable to place my order on line. I had to telephone the company to place my order.
After making an enquiry to you regarding size of product, I placed a sample order of one on the 16th January; this was to be followed if the socks were of large enough size by another order. Unfortunately it is now the 29 January and I still have not received my initial order.
the items were advertised as uk made and when received it had made in China on them.
These socks were not what I required at all and I feel the write up was misleading.I required seamless socks with no lumps and bumps for a sock sensitive child and the write up led me to believe that is what I would receive- the socks in fact were no different to any other sock I have purchased in the past in town. However the speed of service was good.
I haven't received the order yet. I''m waiting/
i did order late for christmas but it was gauranteed to be here by christmas eve. it never came. its now two days after christmas and i still havent received them
I was disappointed I could not order socks online. The system would not allow me to order with my MasterCard with my billing address in Australia and to have the socks delivered to Kent which is a ridiculous. It is only that you had the exact product which I needed for a Christmas present that I phoned your company.
Order has not yet been received, ordered on 28th nov. website says allow 2-3 days it has now been 6.

I tried to change my order, but the telephone assistant didn't get back to me and it was posted out by the time I managed to get back to her! The suggestion then was that I returned the order and re-ordered!!! Somewhat of a hassle!!!!!!!! disappointing!
I live outside the UK, (in Hong Kong) and so purchased items for international delivery. However, it was still mandatory to provide a postcode, even though we don't have postcodes in Hong Kong. I had to make one up! Therefore i am not confident the products will arrive. I also sent an email to customer services, to clarify my address, but did not even receive an acknowledgement email in return.
The items are sent out very quickly, but their website is not up-to-date, when you return items for a replacements they just refund you, when you re-order they charge you postage when they say they won't you then have to try and get your postage money back as this is the only way they can place the order. All the time making phone calls and explaining to every person the issue.
