Felt ripped off over the Wooden Foot file, sales flash stating free when over 20 ponds spent, didn't state it would be automatically added at warehouse stage. Sales flash encourages clicking on and adding to basket. I cancelled order several times before completing.email your staff after who just said added later, didn't ask why or offer refund.

For a limited time only as a little thank you promotion a SockShop foot file will automatically be included in any orders over £20. I am sorry if this promotion was confusing, we have changed the wording now so that it is entirely clear that you do not have to add the foot file to your basket. After making an enquiry to you regarding size of product, I placed a sample order of one on the 16th January; this was to be followed if the socks were of large enough size by another order. Unfortunately it is now the 29 January and I still have not received my initial order.

I can confirm that your SockShop order was picked, packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse on the same day as you placed your order. We would have expected your order to arrive with you by now. It is extremely important to us that our customers receive their items in good time so please be assured that this is not the norm for the SockShop. the items were advertised as uk made and when received it had made in China on them.

I have looked at this product on our site and cannot find anywhere it refers to these socks being made in the UK, if you would be so kind to let us know where you saw this I will have this reviewed and amended immediately. The web site was misleading as at the top of the page it stated that "all in this range are UK made" I kept the first order I placed. I then ordered a second time and the web stated again that these socks were UK made along with a Union Flag with UK made in the middle. Once again when the items have arrived it as made in China on the package. I have taken a picture of the web site showing this and sent to yourselves.

These socks were not what I required at all and I feel the write up was misleading.I required seamless socks with no lumps and bumps for a sock sensitive child and the write up led me to believe that is what I would receive- the socks in fact were no different to any other sock I have purchased in the past in town. However the speed of service was good.

Both the SockShop kids socks & the Puma sneaker socks have hand linked toe seams. This means that they still have a seam but the seam is created by linking the stitches of the two sides of the toe seam together with one thread creating a comfortable, flat seam. I am sorry if this was not clear. I have looked up your order and can see that you have returned your items and been fully refunded. i did order late for christmas but it was gauranteed to be here by christmas eve. it never came. its now two days after christmas and i still havent received them

I was disappointed I could not order socks online. The system would not allow me to order with my MasterCard with my billing address in Australia and to have the socks delivered to Kent which is a ridiculous. It is only that you had the exact product which I needed for a Christmas present that I phoned your company.

The system should easily allow for this, you should be able to place your order from Australia and have it delivered within the UK without any issue so I am sorry to hear that in this case here. If you do decide to place another order online at SockShop this should work without any problems. Your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the same day as you placed it and normally our parcels arrive in 1 or 2 days. Have you now received your order? I tried to change my order, but the telephone assistant didn't get back to me and it was posted out by the time I managed to get back to her! The suggestion then was that I returned the order and re-ordered!!! Somewhat of a hassle!!!!!!!! disappointing!

Thank you very much for your feedback. I am very sorry for any disappointment caused. It is incredibly important to us that we get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible (so they can start to enoy their socks) and this means that order amendments can be very tricky and sometimes just not possible. For UK orders the best option is to re-order and just pop the order back to us on receipt using the FREEPOST UK address label. Or return for an exchange on receipt. I live outside the UK, (in Hong Kong) and so purchased items for international delivery. However, it was still mandatory to provide a postcode, even though we don't have postcodes in Hong Kong. I had to make one up! Therefore i am not confident the products will arrive. I also sent an email to customer services, to clarify my address, but did not even receive an acknowledgement email in return.

If your order does not arrive after the maximum 14 days waiting time please do let me know we can resolve this issue for you :-)

The items are sent out very quickly, but their website is not up-to-date, when you return items for a replacements they just refund you, when you re-order they charge you postage when they say they won't you then have to try and get your postage money back as this is the only way they can place the order. All the time making phone calls and explaining to every person the issue.

Many thanks for your feedback, but I can assure you this was a complete misunderstanding as my colleague dealt with this and didnt realise what the issue was, your postage can only be refunded after the order has been placed as we have no way of taking postage off beforehand. I can only apologise and can assure you this is not the norm for Sock Shop :-)
