Service wad good ,shame about the goods
I placed an order with free gift I never got the free gift The live chat representative said I never clicked the button to get the free gift But I did I mean it’s a free gift your happy to give So why not just send it I placed another big order 10 x 3 pack of socks and said to the live chat representative to put in the new order But they wouldn’t do it I mean it’s a free gift come on guys What sort of customer service is this Free free gift
I have not received my order and I have no idea when I might receive it.
Bad, pity there isn't a minus option. An alternative and unsuitable product replaced the one ordered, wthout any notification or option to cancell, and will be sent back, a waste of time.
Service was fine, paid extra for next day delivery. Delivered on time. That's where the complements end. Avoid socks from here. Given 1 star, read my review.

Slow to deliver is all I can say atm. Other items ordered the same week arrived within a day or 2
Placed order, took my money , got an email about shipping, email says they do not ship to my area, no other information given. Very poor customer relations.

I ordered some socks and paid extra for next day delivery. A week later I am still waiting. I tried to chase them after 24 hours to be told there was nothing they could do and I had to wait as Royal Mail had messed up. Still no socks or refund for shipping
Still haven’t received order, appears lost and have been told to wait a while longer.
Did not receive the socks???? I was charged though. Bummer!
I haven't received my items, not received an email from sockshop to say they been returned due to not having correct address. However I did contact the chat on website to confirm my address within 2 mins as I noticed that there was no door number. I still have no idea what is happening with my order. Can I please get a refund
Poor customer service if you have a problem
Poor Dear Support Team ( Cindy) I have contacted you twice and still have not received the PayPal refund agreeded with Zoe. Please can you let me know when this is fulfilled?.
