AWFUL. Raised a service ticket 2 weeks 5 days ago, chased it twice. No response. I paid for a product I cant use and cant get hold of anyone to discuss. The online chat service isn't great as they just say "we will look into it". Avoid.
The shoe liners arrived very promptly and are just the thing when it is too warm for socks. Also just enough to protect toes and soles of feet.

I ordered a three pack of white socks to match my bowling kit. I needed a thin sock as I have to wear a support splint, and woolly sports socks are uncomfortable with this aid. The bamboo socks are ideal, and what is more, my feet did not sweat in the heat! They arrived within 2 days and were well packaged.
Never had any problem, orders are delivered within a very reasonable timeframe.
