There is a hole in one of the pairs of socks when my husband put them on this morning so not great
Feet are still sweaty. Smells like poor synthetic. But they are really comfortable.

Yes! Instead of sending to the address I supplied you sent them to me so I then had to re-address them and send them to our Son who lives in Scotland

Really disappointed with the bamboo loungewear. I’m a size 12, but I noticed the size 14 had my leg length (31 inch) so I ordered a size 14. The material is fine, pockets a bit small but ok, it was the leg length that was useless. No way was it 31inch. I didn’t actually get out a tape measure, but the trousers stopped mid calf. So I’m sending them back.
Website was easy to shop. It's a shame that the offered free gift was never sent. Probably best not to offer a gift if it doesn't appear.
Sadly I never received the order. It was posted to the wrong address, despite my address being up to date on their website because my Google Pay wallet had my old address they dispatched it there rather than to the address they as a company have. Refund refused, however l, why they would dispatch to an address a third party have rather than the address of their customer I have no idea.
You advertised a free pack when you ordered. I didn't get that.
I'm asked for a review before the product has been received. I'm not in a position to review the product. Why is there no option to pay customs prior to dispatch? This would turn me off buying again as it adds significantly to the cost.
One of the socks in my order arrived faulty with wool unravelling and have had to return it for an exchange, which I am still awaiting.
Not the service but the socks themselves. As diabetic socks I expected not joins or rough parts that can damage or rub on my feet. But I'm not happy with the finishes o the toes, a bit lumpy. I've not worn them out yet so hoping for the best. Couldn't find an email address on invoice to contact Sock Shop with my comments Can't load photos to this review
I bought four pairs of socks. One had a hole in it on first wear.
I was really disappointed to be offered a 24hr delivery service at an extra cost to not be given that service. Yes it's Christmas... So don't offer that service. I would expect to be told that service isn't available at a busy period. Very disappointing.
