Email told me that my items had been sent so i went into my account to see it's progress. They say that your parcel will arrive in about 4-5 working days........it's already been that. My account states that I have not placed or payed for an order. I messaged them and my order number did not compute. Pam eventually found the order and gave me the Royal Mail tracking. Thank you Pam. But the whole thing is farcical......... Have received the Trust Pilot survey to recommend the products.................???? Until I get the items I paid for, I am thinking this is a scam............... Now another week later and still in the same boat............. I think after the week end i will demand a refund. This is the worst customer service, with no updates and no communication......................

Quick service poor product

Order acknowledged very quickly followed by a delivery date which changed three times because of Royal Mail! Great packaging - my husband thinks they are great and his legs thank you too!
