No phone number and live chat leaves a lot to be desired as they can't help at all. Email responses have been adequate.
I have not received socks yet and its has been one week......... Not very happy............
The service was helpful, the person on the chat helped me to return them as I don’t have a printer for the returns label
The website advertises these socks as one size but on the the packaging they are size 7-11, that is not one size and the person I bought ten for is a U.K. size 4. Sock Shop should advertise them correctly. They’re not bad socks but I’m left very disappointed after paying £3.95 delivery fee.

Overall good but unless I was using the website wrong I got frustrated when filtering and viewing items only to find they were out of stock. I like to filter filter by in stock only as limited time so I can’t afford to waste time, so that puts me off websites like that. I’m not someone who gets tempted by seeing items out of stock that I want to register for when back. In stock I just shop as I need to buy

Website not particularly easy to navigate. Delivery time only fair. One item to be returned - it took several attempts to get through the process online.
I sent a message saying i was dissatisfied with the socks which cost I think £18.00 but have had no response.
I have considering the two pairs not touched. The Service was good, so far.
Service fine. Packing / order accuracy not so good. Wrong size provided. Ordered a 10 received a 12
