Excellent. Very easy to browse the site, easy ordering process. Was able to redirect to a collection point. The issue I did have was that surname was missed off the package ! Very happy with the service and products. Even though I haven't tried my gloves, they are very pretty and fit perfectly

I always receive my order quickly and it’s all there. Unfortunately I’m going to have to submit a complaint regarding the fact that some socks have worn though after just 1 wear, so I will see how they handle it. My complaint was dealt with very satisfactorily. I'm a happy customer.
