These socks are OK, a bit finer than I had expected. However, my main gripe with Sockshop is that i purchased 5 different types of socks from 3 manufacturers, and they are all virtually the same thickness, construction, quality etc. On closer inspection all three companies are owned by the same organisation and ALL of the socks were made in China, probably in the same factory. Dissapointing. A lack of product deferention.

Website was east to use and the update on shipping was good.
Fast efficient service, however one pair of socks had a hole and the recycled cotton socks bobbled badly after only one use. (I understand why they were reduced now) The New Oxford socks however are wearing well. All products were washed before 1st wear.

Great socks. I ordered on the Saturday but left for the Camino on Wednesday morning. I thought with 48 hour delivery I would be okay sadly they did not turn up in time.
I bought 4 pairs of socks and wore one of them yesterday while travelling for work. They’re comfy socks and I did a lot of walking - around 5.5 miles all in. That’s the positive stuff. On the downside one of them has a hole at my toe. The service was great though and I already have a replacement pair on the way. Overall I’m kinda on the fence right now and don’t know how they’ll be longer term.
No stock of the Black socks, bought Grey instead.
i specifically requestedf plain packaging whch was agreed to before dispatch, sadly there was a return adress lable clearly placed , showing the name and adress, kinda defeating the point of plain wrapping
Always buy theses knee high socks, but unfortunately the elastic is much tighter on my most recent purchase.
The socks were listed as 60% wool, but are only 32%. They are also available elsewhere at £11.99 for three pairs including delivery!
Wrong production information attached to description online. Online mensioned 80% Viscose from Bamboo 18% Polyamide 2% Elastane. When i get product on label instead of polyamide mensioned polyester, which i was trying to avoid. Disappointed... But generally quality of socks are good.
