Arrived a couple of days late
Good. Deliver was quick and althought he product wasn't suitable on this occasion, the retruns process was efficient.

Service: on the good side, they processed the order reasonably fast and sent it by Royal Mail, which is normally far more reliable than the couriers used by so many companies. On the less good side, on this particular occasion Royal Mail let me down and the order did not arrive on the date specified, after I'd had to stay home all day for it.
