I am still waiting for my order , which should have been delivered on 29th of May and today is 3rd of June. I have emailed with no reply , the chat button will not work , so if no action is forthcoming by the end of the day I will be asking for a full refund .

I expected a pair of thick knee high socks. The wool was so thin you could see daylight when you stretched them (my usual shoes did not fit properly when worn). They are not knee high, barely reaching halfway up my calf, and I am just 5' 4" tall with short legs. For £20 a pair a bad choice
Obviously not until I eventually get the good or a refund
Wrong colour sent
Ordered a week ago still not received using Royal Mail is such a bad choice these days
Never received my order, as they never even despatched it to Royal mail like they said. Avoid!
