Prices should be reduced with UK VAT when exporting due to that local VAT is added when importing.

Ordering seemed pretty straight forward and the price of the product I ordered was decent. But the delivery did take a very long time. I paid a premium for 48 hour delivery but product turned up a week later. I did speak to customer service, but was met with AI and generic answers which didn't solve my issue.

Previously very happy customer on several occasions but am now left disappointed with the misleading (in my opinion) sales tactics used in comparing the new Glenmuir boxers to the ceased production Pringle Williams. They are an acceptable but inferior product to Pringle in my opinion and the reference that they are made by the same manufacturer needs to be removed as it suggests that these will be a like for like replacement, they are definitely not the same quality.

The service I received was excellent. Product quality very poor however. Socks were oversized and baggy and didn’t look that nice.
