The order arrived very quickly but the website was slow to navigate
Products are fantastic however the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. A full week for an order when it’s 48 hour tracked delivery is beyond a joke. I think they need to look at their couriers and rethink. I won’t be ordering again from SockShop when I can get the same items elsewhere next day delivery
I had to speak to 3 what seemed like AI bots before my issue was resolved. But once it was resolved it was ok.

Easy to both to navigate the website and place an order, delivered and received in great time. No issues there. Let down by the claim 'slip-resisting' - this is so far from the truth and even worse after you've washed them just the once...
