Delivery was shocking , 48 hours turned into 4 days & now it going to cos me more to send them to the person I brought them for
I bought 5 pair pack of shoe socks, but there was only 9 socks!! I got in touch via live chat, who sorted my problem out quickly and efficiently. However they said they couldn’t send me another pair of socks as this was part of a five pack deal, so they refunded me for one pair. A bit disappointed as I would have preferred a replacement pair.
Received order confirmation and despatch emails in timely manner. All that was needed as I had no problems, did not need to contact customer service.
It did as it was supposed to.
Found ordering slightly confusion and ended up with two packages, one arriving at my house and the other at a collection point. However the delivery was efficient.
