I chose bamboo items for sustainability reasons. They're lovely. The packaging was plastic free, but two sets of briefs were supplied with completely unnecessary tiered plastic hangers with no recycling symbol. Very disappointing.
I ordered two packs of bamboo socks one plain and one striped but two packs of plain were delivered
Items arrived fairly soon after I ordered. Some of the items in sealed packages so I couldn’t even try them on. Other items arrived looking different to pictures on the website… sent them all back for a refund wouldn’t order again from sock shop
Quick delivery but poor quality. Thin socks and the tights have holes in toes after two wears.
It's now 3 weeks of waiting but nothing arrived and no means to track it was shared
The service was fine, the product was poor. After one days wear there are holes appearing in the sock ends. And no my toe nails are not too long!!
I'm a size 32 waist and there very loose fit no support and I ordered a small size could not be bothered to return
Their website wouldn’t accept my first credit card, I had to use another.
Bad service. My items never showed up and they said they had no idea where the items were. At least they have refunded me. I just wish they could have told me where the items they shipped.
I have only had these socks for a couple of days and they are already becoming fluffy and bobbly. I’m disappointed by the quality and don’t think they will wash well
1 week after ordering still haven't received the socks but have been asked to review your service!
One pair in a pack of 3 was faulty. I would have liked a replacement pair as I had bought diabetic socks. Instead customer service quibbled over pennies on a refund. I did not like the attitude which was penny pinching to the nearest penny.

Please send what I ordered. Placed an order for 4 packs of 2 per pack of boxer shorts and received 4 packs of 1 Too busy to return
