One of the clothing items tore before I had even used it. I also received a text message purporting to be from Royal Mail asking for a £2.99 unpaid shipping fee. Not impressed at all.
Didn't receive my order as according to Royal Mail, it was "incorrectly addressed".
Because , I gave the address ask I didn’t get t yet. It’s easy to type in goggle maps “PRIORY HALL, Coventry”. There’s where i live student accommodation. I hope to get my items soon.
Very slow delivery. 8 days for one pair of socks!
On the website it wasn’t clear at all it was closed for Christmas, and even after waiting until the website re-opening, my package hasn’t arrived even 4 days after this. I paid for next day delivery and haven’t had a response to my email at all asking for a refund for at least the postage
The original order was processed well and the returns procedure was very efficient. Sadly the products were not of a very good quality and were clearly substandard , faults which should have been picked up at point packaging
Delivery takes days, which means they are probably drop shipping, which isnwhy they probably only knew they had no stock after accepting my order.
Ordered on the 14th Feb said despatched on Monday 15th royal mail 48 tracked but still not received and today is the 21st
Service was fine but I’ve only worn their own brand bamboo socks twice and already there’s a hole in them. Poor quality, very disappointed.
The problem I had with this latest purchase. The packaging fastened to the socks, caused a hole in one of the pairs. Not sure if 5his was caused from first labels being fixed to socks, or outer packaging. So for two pairs of socks, quite expensive!!
Cut out the plastic. Each pair of socks had its own thick plastic bag plus plastic tie.
I'm still waiting to receive them! I'm thinking they are just delayed... Hence the 2 star, I'm sure they are fab when they arrive, I'll let you know..
Send the correct items.
