The service was good, unfortunately these socks were bought for their gentle grip properties which varied from sock to sock. Some were ok but some were tight.

Vat not included. Held at customs until duty paid. Adds a lot to cost. I don’t understand how other orders from UK include VAT at checkout

I'm s size 8 and these socks are way to big, when wearing them with boots they slide down most uncomfortable.

Bought from Sock Shop a few times now, probably bought over 20 pairs. Love the bamboo socks and buy them for work (I’m a nurse and on my feet all day). I also buy them for my son for school. Generally good quality and delivered fast however on one occasion I had a pair delivered with holes in them! The tag had been attached with black thread and the thread had made 2 clear holes going right through each sock. I sent photos to customer services and they wanted me to traipse to a post office to send them back!!! (none near me and I’m not paying parking to visit the one in town). Anyway, I don’t have time or money to be messing around like that and the socks were only about £3 too! Would give 5 stars but customer service let them down!

my 1st order with you, sadly there was a hole in one sock, so had to return and wait for replacements. Very happy with the service there after and I am very pleased with the returned items, hence only 3 star, otherwise you would have received a 5 star!!

Fast deluvery with recyclable packaging.

Warm, well fitting socks, BUT take days to dry after washing (40C) on cloths horse. Had to use fan heater eventually !!

The product was good Delivery longer than expected - paid for 24hr delivery service but did not arrive within 24hrs. Was told this was because i ordered at the weekend. Still didnt arrive until tuesday. I thought paying for postage for 24hrs would cover this now a days.

The service is good, fast and the goods are well packed. The range of socks available in the colour and size I wanted was much worse than last time I bought socks form SockShop.

The leg warmers I bought are great but the knee high bamboo socks are TERRIBLE. I first day I wore them in my walking boots the heels completely disintegrated. Iam so so disappointed and in fact annoyed as I can't send them back fir a refund as I've worn them!!

I brought 2 pairs of socks …great I also brought 2 packs of Elle socks …don’t buy these , they moult everywhere even after a wash

Order arrived in really good time, not sure about the description of longer length, don't really think they are, not stretch cotton, rucked up under jeans, which is what I was trying to avoid.

Sorry, not as good as our previous socks. They are still ok but threads seem to pull rather easi;ly. We have used your socks for a long time so will try others next time! (But still from you hopefully.)

I’m not impressed with these socks and they are expensive. They look lovely, but don’t stay on my feet, & move around. The label over the top of the sock is prickly and I’ve had to remove those. All in all I would not recommend these particular socks. Others I’ve bought from here great
