Website easy to use. Kept informed by Sockshop about delivery. Packaging good as not bulky and could go through letterbox. Not happy with Royal Mail. Gave me a delivery slot and didn’t meet that. They didn’t keep me informed of the delay either. Delivered 48 hours after slot.
