Socks size 7-11 don't fit size 9 feet they just flop about. The bamboo fabric is very delicate and catches on furniture so 2 pairs now have holes and 2 pairs have pulled threads already. Won't be buying again.

After wearing a pair for a day and a half I got a hole in the toe of one of them. My toe nails are cut and not sharp. I was disappointed and am now wearing a second pair. I will let you know if I have the same problem. The socks are not as thick as I expected.

Badly sized knickers. I've bought a size 14 for years and my recent order was a disappointment as they were too big and looked like a size 16.

Still not received my 9rder

The products arrived in time and in neat packaging. However after day 1 wearing a pair of the boxers i noticed a hole on the inner leg. Considering these are worth at least £10 per pair this is pretty irritating. I cant find a way to complain or get something sorted so decided this is the best method. I hope someone can get back to me!

speed of delivery was good, disappointed with product (plush Xmas socks). Recipient is a small lady, but she could barely get her feet into them, they are so tight. Previous product have been great, hence disappointment

2stars for service rather than item, which is good quality. Requested delivery in plain packaging (gift) arrived in bag covered in logo.
