Colour on website was misleading. Was appeared to be a terracotta red, turned out to be a day-glo shade of red!
one of my purchases are a bit of a disappointment - as i have a hip replacement the socks were impossible to put on = i had recycled the box prior to trying them on as the top of socks looked wide enough - so i am unable to return item - the other socks are fabulous - perfectly happy with them

I have not received my order and am disappointed really - because i wanted the socks etc for work
I’m sure sockshop are good but the couriers have let them down
Service on a whole was good, products were great and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately I ordered three items and one of them was sent in the wrong size.
Excellent produce as usual but delivery was late due to postal strike. Maybe change from Royal Mail. Part of the order was a birthday gift which was missed due to late delivery.
Offer on a discount code but nowhere to put it in the checkout screen. 4 days for delivery.
The thermal socks are ok but only the 2-for- 1 offer on slipper socks were a bargain really- as similar can be bought elsewhere.
Fairly quick service strikes dont help. Dissapointed especially as not cheap one pair was different sizes had to wash @ put in hot dryer to shrink wish id bought the thicker ones they looked much nicer @ same price wont buy these socks again.
Socks arrived soaking wet due to thin paper packaging. Good quality socks once dried out.
I was confused by the website into thinking the bamboo socks I ordered were like the fluffier ones I already had purchased. The socks that arrived were not what I was expecting. I will look closer at the description next time.
Very good for my fat ankles prompt delivery but far too much sock fluff 😊
The socks were the wrong type (thin rather than regular) and the socks that I wanted were not available in my size. However the return system was very efficient and the refund very quick.
Sent out very quickly. However one standard item (black socks) was incorrectly replaced by trainer liners. Procedure to return not straightforward. Very disappointing.
