Items as described but didn’t receive the free gift for spending over 40.00 queried it but explanation pretty brief stating I’d spent 39.17 due to another offer but invoice states I spent over 40 crafty way to get you to spend over 40

The socks are lovely but the free pair that I was promised and spent ages adding to the basket (as the site checkout was very glitchy) weren't included, so am rather disappointed.
Well, I paid for next day delivery but the arrived a day late.
The dressing gown i ordered arrived quickly, but I never received the free pair of socks :(
Unfortunately my delivery is missing one pair of socks, which has never happened before. I've tried phoning Sockshop, but haven't got anyone to pick up the phone yet
Decent product. Sizing policy a bit confusing. No reply to my query re this which is a pity. Worn one pair for 2 days and already threads looking fluffy and worn. Not sure how good they really are. Time will tell.
They appear to have arrived quickly but Ian away so cannot review. Reviews are often asked for too soon I find
Disappointed the gloves were too small and there no more in stock of the size I wanted. Although I measured my hand before ordering I found them extremly small and could not even get my hand in them!. Service was very quick and efficient just a shame I've not got the goods
I use sock shop a lot. Unfortunately one of the socks in my latest purchase had a big pull in it which can’t be fixed.
Delivery was slow!!
They do not stay up, sliding down. Also I do not think they will wear very well
the socks where really nice, however the postage not that good
Both paid had a slight pull in them but were wearing to a wedding so had to wear. Lovely and soft and comfortable apart from that
I’ve shopped for my and my husbands socks for many years and up to now have been delighted with them. Unfortunately , I now find they have got tighter in the sock themselves, and even if you buy the comfy cuffs, they quite often dig in after wearing them for long. Neither of us are very large people. Disappointing !!
