Unable to get the 10% discount as the app wouldn't apply it, and size 12-14 not big enough for a size 12 foot. Comfortable around the ankles, but a squeeze over the foot.

Ordered 2 packs of slipper socks in same size and received 1 pack in wrong size, returned for exchange.

Comfortable but badly finished

Took over a week to get the socks, probably due to royal mail strikes, but when you're paying for postage you'd expect a different delivery service to be used. I also received the wrong socks, but decided I liked them anyway

Fast delivery and socks are good quality but far too big for myself, shoe size 5.5. I have since bought your kids bamboo socks size 4 - 5.5 and they are perfect.

Diabetic socks left marks on legs

One of the socks had a hole in the heel area after just one wash. Hope the other pairs fare better.

No updates regarding delivery timescales

Excellent service - arrived quickly. But I find the socks difficult to walk in, because they're made of a thin, slippery material and it makes my feet slide around in my shoes (this doesn't happen with normal socks). So my back aches from walking in a strange way.

Service and delivery were good but sizing of items was wrong.

Royal Mail shove a card through your door and run;they made no attempt to actually deliver. This means a trip to collect it the next day. This is not the first time......please change your courier.I complained to Royal Mail.....no reply.

Colours were less subtle than they seemed in the picture (but thankfully my niece likes pink). I hate the little plastic tag that is impossible to remove to separate the socks without snagging on them and pulling a thread.

This order arrived promptly and was correct this time! Having made several purchases from this shop in the past I have only dealt with customer services once and although they resolved the issue (of a missing item) I was asked to photograph the items which I had received and was treated in a very off hand manner and with no apology for their error. I was made to feel as though I was lying. Their customer services could do with some training, and friendlier staff! (Interestingly they didn’t ask me to rate that particular experience!! So I’m rating it now lol!) The quality of most of their products is good, however the previous purchase of bamboo socks was disappointing as the material was very different from my previous purchases of the same product. It seems as though they are cheaping out to save money. Otherwise I’m happy with purchases.
