Arrived promptly, as ordered. Wish it had included instructions for a return. I ordered two packs, and now I've tried a pair I'd like to send the second pack back and get cotton instead of bamboo.

Delivery is good and tracking information. They were slow to refund, had zero correspondence from them and had to chase getting my money back for faulty product.
