The response to my order was quick, and they arrived by Royal Mail as notified. However, they are certainly not made of the material suitable for Diabetics. I was very disappointed,that although the "soft grip" top was ok, the material that they were made of, felt too rough,and non-giving to be suitable. As a Chiropodist, and having seen many swollen tender legs and feet, I would not recommend the yarn, as it is too rough. I have had vein surgery, which has left my legs very tender, and swollen at times, and i cannot wear these. I would want plain knit, soft wool/cotton, which would have much more give in it, not just the band where it "grips" I have looked for other similar socks on your website, and there is nothing else I can see that is plain knit, without any ribbing, made of a soft giving material, for swollen painful legs.

More accurate sizing pair shown as larger range was on the small side but just about ok. The batch of 5 with a smaller size range wer far too large and quality was poor .They have been returned

Ordered items 16 days ago and they still haven't turned up :( The website was easy to use and the choice was great but can only give 2 stars at the moment.

My wife ordered a pair of briefs extra large size but the size that waSodelivered was 25 inch waist. The website lacks intelligence size indications which need to be in inches or centimetres. Instead it stupidly gives dress sizes which are useless because the numbers vary from company to company country to country The delivery was on time the product seems quite good but because of this sizing stupidity we are going to have to go to the expense of sending them back. So if you order from this company make sure you specify your sizes in inches and centimetres

Two packs of ankle socks were the wrong colourway and as I'm a an older person I don't want Dennis the Menace colours! A pack of bedsocks included a badly flawed pair. Therefore only half the order was correct. As the returns have to be sent from the Post Office, not by courier, I had to venture out despite being isolating. Hence only two stars. The socks will be alright but I do wish they would make them a bit bigger. They are only just big enough for size eight feet. Or, maybe split the production into two size ranges. My daughter is also tall and has great difficulty getting nice socks. We don't want to wear men's (6-8) socks which are usually tight around the ankle. I've had their socks before and I hope this is a one-off bad order!

Ordering was simple and they were delivered within the stated time but I didn't get the colour I ordered. I can return the item free of charge but it will cost me another £3 to have the correct colour delivered making the cost of delivery about the same as the socks

Service from SockShop was fine- delivery stated within 1-2 days but took 4, biggest disappointment was the quality of some of the items- very thin material

Make sizes that fit, far too tight & small

I was charged for fast delivery but it took a long time for the delivery. A bit misleading.

Usually, orders come easily and quickly. This one vanished and despite my queries to the company, five days leter I have had no reply. Decided to opt for cancellation and refund, but still await instructions on how.

The men's sock that I purchased on one pair there is a hole in the material not what I expected from a company like sockshop

Socks have not arrived and you are already asking for a review arrived 3 days later

Socks are 4cm larger than in foot and leg length than before. Was told sometimes they change specification

It was good delivery service,but unfortunately the order was wrong. I ordered socks and although I did get socks they weren’t remotely the right socks,and the order was apparently signed off as checked,not sure what they were checking. However,in these times there are too many other things to really worry about.
