See last response. In previous attempt at purchase I wanted to remove some socks from my basket but could not do so. The chatbot just kept saying that it could. I could not find any other help so had to abandon the purchase altogether.

Hello, I am sorry to hear you had issues removing items from the basket. When you press the basket, there should be a little bin icon in the bottom right, below the price. Our chat service is not run by bots, so if ask them to escalate this issue this it will then be passed onto the team to look into further. Apologies, SOCKSHOP
