The despatch and delivery takes far too long

I have spent over €100 in the past year with yourselves always being charged postage & now I want to return an item I have to pay postage again, it would cost me same amount as item so not worth it now left with item which is unsuitable 👎

An online company which cannot sell between Christmas and New Year? really? Don't be in a market you cannot support. Discount button has not been working for several weeks despite being notified. Very poor and no apology

I ordered but didn't get an email to confirm my order. Thinking I had probably mistyped, I emailed and asked if my order had been received. As I got no reply I assumed it hadn't been and bought socks elsewhere. Then, very promptly my socks arrived from Sock Shop.

I completed the request for a different delivery address, although when the confirmation e-mail came through it had the same invoice and delivery - this is. It what I keyed in, and it caused me an issue.

Order was for size 9-12 but received 8 1/2 - 11so too small had to find someone else to give them to

I ordered the Marvel mens socks, and coming from the Sock Shop I thought they would be in a box, not a cheap clear bag, I could have got them in a box for the same price, going to look cheap when I give toy son at Xmas, eBay or Amazon would have been better packaged.
