i was sent the wrong article
Rubbish website says different to when you ring up
I forgot to add the discount code when ordering. When I called to notify them the next day, they refused to deduct the money, saying they were too busy.
I was sent socks that were not what I ordered. They were wrong colour and wrong size. Saying that once I returned them Sockshop were quick to email me telling me that they had issued a refund.
The problem was the delivery more than the shopping experience. I needed next day delivery and paid the extra. I worked at home on delivery day and no package. Kids had to go to school without their fun socks, only for a neighbour of a house nowhere near mine to drop it in after they had gone to school. I dobt know if it was signed for or just left there. Very poor on the delivery.
Took a lot longer for the delivery than expected.
The delivery service is good but it does not help if the order is wrong. I had placed an order for 10pair of color illusion Hold ups and not Black.

Order apparently dispatched on 30 August. Still waiting for delivery. Very poor as website says delivery in 2-3 working days but when I phoned I was told it would be more likely to be 14 working days.
Hard to give positive feedback. I haven't received the order after 7 workdays.
This is the first time I have bought from Sockshop. I paid £6 for next day delivery as I was going away and the socks didn't arrive next day. I emailed Sockshop and they refunded the delivery charge. The socks were a birthday gift for my Dad but they weren't there in time for his birthday. I will now have to pay extra postage to post them down to him as I wasn't able to take them with me when I visited.
You did not apply the 10% discount that I was offered for my next order
Would be better to number products shown on line in order to get the correct item. Telephone girl not familiar with product.
I ordered and paid for 20 pairs of hold ups but only received 18. When I rang up to advise of the shortage I was told that is most unusual as the deliveries are made by Royal Mail and mine was delivered by UPS. It made it seem as if I was telling lies. 2 more pairs had to be sent out later.
I haven't receive it. Thanks
