service 7 arrival of parcel was fine
Ordered 3 packs but only 1 delivered - follow up customer service rather poor. No one confirmed what's happened, refund offered quite quickly but not yet received. Socks themselves were quite good quality and nice. Shame more than half the people I planned to gift them to were left without.
Service was good but product is poor.
Despite paying for 24 hour delivery they still haven’t arrived after 7 days waiting. Sockshop have been hopeless saying it’s in the t&c’s (small print) that if you pay for 24 hour delivery you may have to wait 7 days so what’s the point? !! - tracking from Royal Mail still says ‘we are expecting your package’. I’ve asked sockshop to cancel and refund (as quickly as they took my money) .. but they’re telling me to still wait longer through some fairly abrupt emails. So opened a PayPal case to get my money back … what a rip off and a right hastle !
Awful !! Item received should have been 2 pairs of socks only one pair sent and not even in packaging ! E mails sent , sock returned to be told the order was correct ! Still not sorted , all this hassle over 2 pairs of socks £7.99
No parcel delivered.
Very Poor! Never Received my parcel. This is not first time and once again with UPS!! Please change your delivery partner or give us options to choose from.

Didn't get my parcel because of the unused friendly checkout. All online retailers give an option to enter delivery info before payment. Sockshop doesn't and I selected Google pay, my accounts including Google pay and bank account all have my current address but for some strange reason it autofilled with my Google "legal address" which was my address from 9 years ago. I had to go digging in my accounts to find and update this address because this has never been an issue with any online retailer, this address wasn't even on my autofill Google address because I deleted all past addresses. I'm now £35 out of pocket I can't get my parcel because I live no where near that address. I have contacted customer service and they have raised a ticket but yet to hear back. They need to update there checkout system because it's not user friendly, in the last nine years I have never had this issue when online shopping.
