Service was OK, product not so.
Delivery service wasn't good sent to wrong place

For some extraordinary reason you sent the socks to my old address despite assuring me that they were coming here. Luckily Royal Mail redirected the package. This is not the service I have hitherto received from.Sock Shop.. Have you been taken over by an equity fund ? Pull your socks up Sock Shop !!
I think this is contained in my review above, I’m sure that this is not the first negative review you have received and in the ideal world you should refund me the full amount for my purchase
They took a while to be delivered but turned up in the end. This however was down to the delivery company. Was boxed well and arrived undamaged.
No news when socks are going to be delivered
Cannot recover return qr code and no email
Wrong item sent. Ordered 3-pack of navy; received 3-pack of different colours. Decided to keep, rather than go through hassle of return/refund.
Sockshop customer service very poor tried to add an extra pair of socks to the order it was placed on Sunday so I would have thought they wasn’t processed yet. Contacted customer service and they refused to add extra pair so I had to pay for extra delivery charge and guess what they was delivered at the same time and in two packages what a waste and harm to the environment.
Disappointing service from Sockshop. Not entirely their fault but order is taken well over 10 days now and hasn’t arrived yet. And also they are not tailoring their emails notifications to customers outside of the UK, and giving them the impression their order is tracked when it’s not. A word to the people running the company, I’m sure Brexit has hurt your business a lot, but if you want to keep selling abroad paying for advertisements on Google should not be your only focus, you might want to upgrade part of your systems/processes to cater for and respond adequately to the non-UK customer base. I was a returning customer, but I won’t be anymore.
